We are a well established European MNC, Shipbuilding Company and looking for a suitable candidate to fill in the Human Resources Manager reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (to be stationed at their Banyuwangi Office).
ACCOUNTING MANAGER
THE ROLE :
* Lead and supervise a team of finance and accounting staff.
* Responsible for the daily financial functions of the company.
* Weekly cash flow forecasting and follow up.
* Ensure that internal control routines are in place and are followed.
* Liaise with and assist external auditors.
* Any other tasks assigned by the Employer.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
* Minimum S-1 from reputable university majoring in accounting or management.
* At least five years working experience, preferably with an international company.
* Familiar with computerized accounting system. (preferably Quickbooks)
* Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good knowledge in written and spoken English is essential.
* Willing to be stationed in Banyuwangi.
Successful candidates should be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive and results orientated with a proven track record in MNC environment.
