Manager – Sales & Marketing for Syariah Insurance
This position will responsible to acquire new business and develop profitable business. Ensure sales procedures and practices comply with regulatory guidance on Syariah scheme. Keep abreast of all major developments relating to products offered and other significant changes in the market. Maintain and establish good relationship with corporate clients by providing quality customer service.
Requirements
* University graduate with minimum 5 years as Direct or Indirect sales from Banking or Insurance industry
* Aggressive, self-motivated and customer orientated
* Sound problem solving and decision making skills
* Good communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
* Outgoing personality with good interpersonal skill
