Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible in the setting up the sales and business development operations of Retail Pro in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Planning and implementation of Sales & Target plans for Retail Pro software & hardware.
Identifying and engaging new clients for this business
Sales Forecast and Funnel Management
Client interface and Relationship management up to the transition to the project management team
Generating business from new accounts and enhancing business from existing accounts
Brand building and marketing events, exhibitions, seminars etc.
Requirements:
More than 4-5 years experience in IT applications/solutions sales or pre-sales preferably in Retail Automation Solutions, ERP or Financial Systems
Proven Track Record of Sales Closures and Quota achievement
Strong networking/contacts within the retail industry
Working knowledge of retail business processes
Preference to those with a technical application appreciation
Should have excellent English written and oral communication skills
Ability to present and do pre sales, interact with key decision makers on the clients side
Willing to work in Jakarta, Indonesia will ocassional work related travel within the Asia Pacific Region
