Requirements:
Female max 30 years old
Single
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science / Sociology, Economics, Marketing, Linguistic / Languages, Education .
Well organized, result oriented, able to work independently as well as team player
Excellent interpersonal & negotiation Skills
Mostly Dealing with Expatriates
Candidate must be dynamic, energetic and highly motivated
Fluently in English both written and Spoken is a must and able to Speak Japanese is an advantage
Responsibilities
Maintaining relationship with customer
Creating a proposal based on customer requirement and able to do a presentation
Maintain good relationship with existing customer by providing attention, services and good communication
responsible to handle and manage all customers under his/her responsibility
Provide document related with the sales and price
Manage document and other job related to the sales activity
follow up questions / requests of customers about apartment units or houses offered
