Requirements:
* Male / Female
* Age 40 – 45 years old
* Bachelor degree in any majoring from reputable University. Master degree would be an advantage
* Having experience in the similar position for 5 years. Preferably from agribusiness or plantation
* Can speak English fluently
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively with a wide range of diverse people
* Positive mind set, highly motivated with strong analytical ability and problem solving skills
* Would like to work under pressure
* Strong leadership
* Would like to be relocated in Sumatera or Kalimantan
