MARKETING MANAGER
Specification:
* Male/ Female, age of 30-45 years old
* Min. Bachelor Degree from any discipline (preferably from Marketing/ Communication)
* At least 5 years working experience in the area of Marketing/ Sales/ Customer Relation Management for consumer goods, retail, trading company
* Good knowledge about planning, budgeting, controlling and presentation skill
* Process oriented as well as target oriented
* Have strong analytical mind and strong follow-up in the process
* Hard worker, creative, innovative, eager to learn and adapt, able to work as a team
* English proficiency and computer literate are mandatory
Job Requirement:
* Active support of Sales Managers for sales reports:
* Prepare key data figures and regular reports
* Analysis performance and key data figures
* Sales activities support:
* Estimation and follow up effectiveness of incentives
* Cost controlling (budget responsibility)
* Product matters:
* Stock level – ROP (rolling order plan)
* Product analysis and information: user’s manual, warranty, product quality report
* Market survey and research:
* Customer Relation Management
* Collecting knowledge about future demands and needs
