GM Technical Service Division

Roles and Responsibilites

* Leading the whole Service-Operation Department to provide the After Sales Supports & Services functions to support the whole corporate business & commercial expansion, including but not limited to the Service-Delivery, Warranty, up to the achievement of the Service Level delivered to the customer (SLA) for both internal & external, as well as All Stakeholders Satisfaction (Customer, Staffs and Upper Management)
* The General Manager is responsible for ensuring that all technical work generated meets the company’s procedures and standards of quality, and has ultimate decision – making authority on technical issues.
* The General Manager will manage any technical support required for other functional areas within the company (sales, marketing, project development, etc). This Position reports to the President Director.




Requirements:

* At least S1 degree in Engineering but preferable S2/a master’s degree.
* Minimum 7-10 years of similar working experiences with proven track record as Service Operation General
* Manager, or Managed Service General Manager.
* Proven track record in managing efficiency & effectiveness within After Sales Support & Services Department, including all KPIs achievement as defined by the Corporate & Upper Management.
* Exceptional knowledge of service and application delivery, as well as successful service level agreement contract knowledge.
* Experience in managing global infrastructure team.
* Ability to prioritize and execute task in a high pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
* Strong customer service orientation.
* Ability to travel extensively as needed both domestically and internationally.
* Develop and sustain productive, collaborative working relationships with internal and external customers.
* Provide technical support to operations, Troubleshoot operational problem.
* A High Integrity General Manager with strong Leadership and “Can Do” attitude.
* A hard worker General Manager who can motivate him/her self, as well as all team member.
* A Creative & Innovative Manager with high capabilities & expertise in lateral thinking, as well as combining multiple ideas from multiple parties.
* A hands-on General Manager who can communicate fluently in English, as well as in Bahasa.
