HR Manager
Responsibilities:
* Ensure all HR activities, programs, and administration in the areas of personnel management and services, recruitment, industrial relations, and compensation & benefit programs are maintained
* Provide HR advice to line managers and management regarding HR policies and procedures to ensure the objectives of HR management are met
Requirements:
* Male/ Female, max 33 years old
* Min. Bachelor Degree of Human Resources Management or any other related field from reputable university
* Experience min. 3 years in the same field as Manager
* Retail background is a must
* Excellent knowledge in Human Labor Law, PKWT, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and whole of recruitment matters
* Excellent communication & fluent in English
* Able to work under pressure
