Key Responsibilities
Driving business, development plans for ensuring business.
Managing department managers and locations in a unique atmosphere.
Staff and management development, merchandise improvements, expense and inventory control, work with external partners, merchandising department and vendors.
Assist with the preparation of, strive towards and deliver annual sales and operating budgets.
What you need for this position:
At least 10 years management experience in a leadership role within retailing, specialty or large department store environment.
MUST have managed more in one location or multiple locations.
Strong team building and staff development skills
Bi-lingual in Bahasa Indonesian and English is a plus
Degree in any discipline
Analytical ability focused towards business development.
Ability to drive the P& L of the store
Analytical mindset, sound commercial acumen and strategic business sense
Ability to cope under pressure and tight deadlines
Strong entrepreneurial skills with ability to compile and analyze statistics for business reports and budget projections.
Open to relocation in the future is a plus
