QUALITY AUDITOR
Responsibilities:
Conduct random or targeted in-line and final quality audits for all products manufactured at vendors’ owned facilities in according to corporate procedures and standards as laid out in the quality manual with complete integrity
Report audit results & alert quality issues by using the systems and tools provided
Give recommendation to vendors on corrective actions
Participate quality meeting at vendor plant like PP meeting, as to assess all potential risks and provide necessary recommendation as preventive actions
Ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions at vendors’ owned facilities
Review and certify bulk representative quality to meet approval and timeline, like top samples
Coordinate with related team for other assignment tasks i.e., wash test submission, etc
Requirements:
Holder of bachelor degree. Graduated in Textile/Garment/Clothing field is highly preferred
Min. 4 years relevant working experience in quality auditing in garment manufacturing.
Extensive experience in related aspects of garment manufacturing and intimate apparel will be an advantage
Bilingual (English & Bahasa) is a must.
Hands on experience in PC, including basic functions of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience in in-line auditing and understanding of quality assurance approach
Frequent travel may be required if assigned to multiple regions
Must be a team player with good coordination
Able to communicate well with all levels
Must be meticulous and systematic
