HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER – SURABAYA
Responsible to handle the full spectrum of HR functions (Staff recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Payroll administration, HR Information System, Industrial Relations), to guide the managers and other employees in matter related to career development, staffing, employee relations, workplace ethics and performance management, planning, supervising and coordinating all activities related to employment and labor relations.
The ideal candidate profile:
Male / female with Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in psychology, profession program will be preferred.
Age around 35 - 38 years with Min. 5 - 10 years of experience in similar capacity in a reputable company, on site mass recruitment experience and sound knowledge of psychological test
Able to operate computer (MS Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint and Visio)
Service oriented people, proven track on honesty and reliability with good interpersonal skills.
Good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Preferable)
Strong Leadership, Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent
Willing to be place in Surabaya and work long hours in a high pressure working environment.
