Clinical Service Engineer
Position required for the following area:
* Jakarta
Pre-requisites:
* Degree or Diploma holder in nursing preferred
* Candidates who have Biomedical background and with nursing experience especially in surgical is preferred
* Must be able to speak and write fluent English
* Good interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS office
* Young, energetic & committed with good working attitude
* Able to work in a fast pace environment with minimum supervision
The Scope:
* Providing clinical support & trouble-shooting of medical equipment to customers
* Assist users to become familiarized with usage of the medical equipment
* Conduct training sessions, perform on-site and on-the-job training on the company’s products to health professionals in hospitals
* Monitor the progress of on-site training activities to ensure training objectives are being achieved
* Organize and execute a wide range of on-site training activities and liaise with multi-disciplinary teams
