Qualifications:
* Female, with a maximum age of 35 years old
* Hold a Bachelor Degree with a major in Law / Psychology / HR Management
* Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the same position preferably in Restaurant and retail
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Deep understanding in recruitment, staff and performance management, people and organization development, industrial relation, government regulation and general affairs
* Strong command in English and Computer Literate
