Compliance – Controller Manager (CCM)
Responsibilities:
Compliance to Group Accounting Requirement and IFRS.
Compliance to the local government requirement and licensing.
Compliance to Internal processes.
Compliance and strict adherence to Bid/Tender requirement.
Follow up on the Internal Audit findings and action plans.
Coordinating with External Auditors to ensure operational and financial process are proper.
Follow up on the Key Internal Control Assessment and action plans.
Coordination with all the controllers in Indonesia on compliance topics.
Preparation of the Business Continuity Plan for Indonesia
Compliance for legal and tax regulation
Requirements:
S1 Accounting from Reputable University
Min. 5 Years Experience handle Compliance
Able to communicate in English and Computer literate
Fast learner, good analytical skill and possess strong drive
Able to work under pressure and good teamwork.
Ability to work with senior management and also operational staff.
